• Prepare welcome packets for each tenant relating to appliances, WIFI codes, security codes, emergency telephone numbers and recommendations for local eateries, transportation and events.
• Provide photographic evidence of all check out's with the tenants
• Liaison with the tenants before and during their stay 
• Schedule and take care of all change over housekeeping with laundered linens and towels 
• We will be there 24/7 for the guests if there is an issue or question
